1. 약관의 동의 및 적용 Scope

본 서비스 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 DAEDUEK CHO(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 제공하는 DD LifeLog 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 "애플리케이션") 및 관련 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차를 규정합니다. 이용자는 애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.

2. 지식재산권 및 사용 제한

애플리케이션, 소스 코드, 상표, 저작권, 데이터베이스 권리 등 애플리케이션과 관련된 모든 지식재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 애플리케이션의 무단 복제, 수정, 소스 코드 추출, 타 언어로의 번역 또는 2차적 저작물 작성을 할 수 없습니다.

3. 서비스 변경 및 요금 정책

서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션의 효율적 제공을 위해 사전 고지 후 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 일부 기능을 유료화할 수 있는 권리를 유보합니다. 무료 서비스의 유료 전환 시에는 관련 내용을 사전에 명확히 안내합니다.

4. 개인정보 및 기기 보안

애플리케이션은 서비스 제공을 위해 이용자가 제공한 최소한의 개인정보를 처리합니다. 이용자는 자신의 단말기 보안 및 애플리케이션 접근 권한을 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 루팅(Rooting) 또는 탈옥(Jailbreaking)된 단말기에서의 이용은 보안 위협 및 서비스 정상 작동 불가를 초래할 수 있으며 이에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

5. 제3자 서비스 제공업체 약관

애플리케이션은 아래의 제3자 서비스 제공업체의 모듈 및 플랫폼을 이용하며, 각 서비스는 독자적인 이용약관을 적용받습니다:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

6. 네트워크 연결 및 데이터 요금

애플리케이션의 일부 기능은 활성화된 Wi-Fi 또는 이동통신망(LTE/5G) 연결이 필요합니다. 네트워크 연결 미비나 데이터 소진으로 인한 기능 제한에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이동통신망 이용 시 발생할 수 있는 데이터 통신료 및 로밍 요금은 이용자 본인이 부담합니다.

7. 면책사항 및 책임의 한계

서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션의 정보가 항상 정확하고 최신 상태로 유지되도록 노력하나, 제3자 정보 제공에 의존하는 부분에 대해 직·간접적인 손해 발생 시 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 이용자 단말기의 배터리 방전 등으로 인한 서비스 이용 불가에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 업데이트 및 서비스 종료

서비스 제공자는 OS 업데이트 대응 및 기능 향상을 위해 애플리케이션 업데이트를 지속 제공할 수 있으며, 이용자는 업데이트에 동의해야 합니다. 필요한 경우 별도 사전 통지 없이 서비스 제공을 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

9. 약관의 변경 및 문의처

본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 수정된 약관은 본 페이지를 통해 공지됩니다. 약관에 대한 문의사항은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

English Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the DD LifeLog app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by DAEDUEK CHO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
